We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 1 year Warranty that guarantees our rods against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. Follow the process below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free warranty claim.
Eligibility Requirements
Warranty applies to the original owner only. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required.
1 year warranty, must send a picture of the rod that needs to be replaced. Please email photo to [email protected] or text photo to (417) 839-8486
What is Covered?
Manufacturing defects
Broken blanks due to material or workmanship issues
Defective guides, reel seats, or other components
What is NOT Covered?
Cosmetic issues not affecting performance
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, and minor damage
Lost or stolen rods

Complete the Warranty Claim Form
Visit our website at www.slabzcrappierods.com/warranty-form to fill out the Warranty Claim Form.
Include details about the issue, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged rod.
Initial Review by SLABZ Warranty Team
Our team will review your claim within 14 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation regarding the next steps.
Shipping Instructions
If your claim is approved, you will receive an email.
Customers are responsible for shipping fee $25.00. If your rod is damaged during shipment transportation there is no shipping cost for the customer.

Accidental Damage Replacement Program:
SLABZ offers a replacement program at a discounted price after 1 year of the date of purchase.
